Shipping Policy

Depending on the fulfillment method of the item(s) you purchased, shipping and fulfillment times may vary. All warehoused items are guaranteed to ship next business day. Drop shipped items typically ship in 1-2 business days. If there is a delay in fulfillment we will notify you immediately.

A tracking number to aid in timing the arrival of your package(s) is provided at the time the label is created. You will receive the tracking number via the email you provided in your account. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for USPS, FedEx, or UPS to update tracking information. We do not have control or access to tracking information past what is provided by the carrier. Tracking will be updated periodically as the package(s) begin their journey.

Shipping times are NOT guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier errors, incorrect address provided, Postal Holidays, etc. We cannot ensure that carrier shipping delivery approximations are accurate. In the event your package is lost or stolen, Decent Distribution requires confirmation from the carrier before shipping a replacement order. Delayed shipments do not count as lost or stolen. If your package is delayed, please contact us. We will contact the carrier on your behalf.


Return Policy

We stand behind the products we sell and want to maintain a great relationship with our retailers. All orders come with a five (5) day return window. Items must be in resalable condition. Please contact us prior to returning merchandise. An RMA will be initiated to keep things tidy. Be sure to keep the original invoice/packing slip. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We can provide you with return postage if necessary and will be deducted from the refund total.


Lost, Incorrect or Damaged Goods

If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us immediately. We allow up to three (3) business days from the date of delivery for disputes. Take photographs of the merchandise to further assist us in replacing them. In some cases, we may require you to return the merchandise before issuing replacements.

Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.


Canceling/Changing Your Order

Things move quickly here at Decent Distribution HQ. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. Contact us as soon as possible to see if your order has already began processing. In the event that we can make changes/cancel the order, we will be more than happy to within 24 hours.
